Despatch times

Stock items and wax burners will be despatched within 1-2 business days.

Some candle and reed diffuser items are made to order and will be despatched within 3-5 working days.

Delivery charges start at £4.95 for standard delivery and is automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the total weight of your order.

Personalised and custom orders

Personalised candle orders may take up to 5 business days to finalise designs and be processed. When placing a personalised order you will be contacted via email to validate the design. If no response is received within 5 business days your order will be cancelled and refunded back to your original payment method.

Missing or late deliveries

If your order has not been received by the above stated time frames, please email simplescents@simplenesscollection.co.uk with your order number. We will aim to respond to all queries within 48hrs.
